As a Somnio dealer you will have access to our training program at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine in Boulder, Colorado. The class is taught by Tim Hilden MS, PT, ATC and the BCSM staff. Tim has over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in running gait and running injuries.

If you have been in a bike shop lately, you know that fitting is a key component of their business. The idea that bikes can be customized to fit the individual is a great analogy for the Somnio system. The bike stores are getting specific training and dedicating floor space to this important service. It is a way to demonstrate their expertise. The classes are one full day of instruction broken into two parts. In the morning, we focus on biomechanics and the Somnio alignment philosophy. This information helps to build the foundation of knowledge you will need for the afternoon session which is spent working with the Somnio line up device and fitting process.

You will get fitted and leave with a pair of Somnio shoes set up with your prescription. You will see the changes in alignment and gait via the motion capture software and research quality setting available at the BCSM.
